Policy
Prescription Cream
Stop medication for seven days before waxing and seven days after waxing. We recommend not to wax while using Retin A or Ro-Accutane within the last six months.
Antibiotic Pill
Medication may cause skin sensitivity when waxing. Client should make their wax specialists aware of any discomfort during service.
Over the Counter
Skincare lines are generally safe with waxing. If you are using exfoliating products, it may cause skin sensitivity when waxing. If necessary you may need to stop the use of the product for a few days before and after waxing services is performed.
Botox and Chemical Peels
We advise you to wait two weeks after these treatments to receive waxing services.
Radiation Therapy
If you are currently or have recently stop radiation therapy, please consult with your doctor to ensure it is safe to wax. If you were currently undergoing chemo therapy then a doctor note is needed to receive waxing services
Medications Not Listed
Please consult with your doctor to ensure it is safe to wax. If you choose to receive waxing services, you should tell your wax specialist if you feel any discomfort.

Touch-Up Policy
Touch-ups can be done free of charge within the first three calender days after your service was done.
Cancellations
We understand that sometimes situations come up that require you to change your plans. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This helps us protect the time of our wax specialist and our clients, and ensures that we can continue to deliver upon our promise of exceptional service.
Cancellations and rescheduled appointments without 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price. Missed appointments ("no-shows") will be charged 50% of the service price.
This fee is non-refundable and can not be put toward any future services.
Appointments booked within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be canceled or rescheduled no later than 4 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time without incurring a cancellation fee of 50% of the service total.
Running Late
We understand that you have a busy schedule, and allow a grace period of 7 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 7 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment to accommodate your service(s). If we do not hear from you within 7 minutes after your scheduled appointment start time, your appointment will be considered a "no-show" and you will be charged 50% of the service total.
No Show
We respect your time and we hope you would respect ours. If you can't make your appointment, please give us a call and just let us know. If you are a "No Show" on more then two occasions within a consecutive 6 month period, you will no longer be allowed to schedule any appointment via phone or online for one calendar year.
Deposits
Some appointments require extrá time and preparation to accommodate. Appointments that are very time-intensive and/or require materials to be specially purchased for the service may require a deposit upon booking. This deposit fee is non-refundable and does not contribute to the service total.
For large group bookings (such as wedding parties, homecoming / prom groups, etc.), extra time and preparation is needed to make sure we have the space and amenities needed to make your time with us one you'll always remember fondly. We require that you notify us at least 72 hours in advance of any cancellations or changes you need to make to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations and rescheduled appointments without 72 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price per guest.

Walk-Ins
Walk-Ins Welcome! We gladly accept walk-ins; however, availability is not guaranteed. To ensure you get your preferred time and specialist, we highly recommend booking in advance.
Please note: We do not accept walk-ins after 5:00 PM. If you’re unsure about availability, feel free to call ahead—we’ll do our best to accommodate you!
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Our priority is to maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment for all guest and staff.

If you need to use the restroom please do so before your scheduled reservation.

Please do not bring any animals with you. Only service animals are allowed.

Only you and your Wax Specialist are allowed in the treatment room during your service. Guest 15 years or younger must be accompanied with a parent or legal guardian.

Please do not leave children unattended in the reception area as we are not responsible for your children.
